Sarah graduated from Tennessee State University and serves as the primary provider at Trending Upward Paintsville. She has served the substance use community for six years and loves helping individuals recover from the grips of addiction. Sarah serves with compassion and honesty empowering individuals to regain stability and return to a normal life.

Jimmy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master's in Social Work and serves as the clinical director of the Paintsville location. He has worked in the field for seven years and is passionate about helping others regain their lives through recovery.

Julie graduated from the University of the Cumberlands, having completed the Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in 2020. Julie has worked in the field, in different positions and with various populations, since 2013, and is passionate about helping clients to live their best lives.

Allison graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences and serves as a therapist. She has worked in the substance use field for three years and is continuing her education at the University of the Cumberlands to pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Allison says getting to build new connections and serving her community is what she loves most about her job.

Harlee graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science and serves as a targeted case manager. She has worked in the substance use field for one year now and is eager to provide services to those in need.

Misty graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in chemical dependency counseling and serves as a targeted case manager. Misty has worked with the substance use population since 2019 in various roles and is excited to help others walk the path to sobriety.

Rosemary serves as our office manager at Trending Upward Paintsville. She has served in the medical field for 17 years working with various populations. Rosemary says that being able to help individuals is her favorite part of the job. Being able to give hope to someone when they have none is her motivation to continue this work.

Andrea serves as our triage specialist collecting important information about the client for the provider's review. She has worked in the medical field for four years and says that being able to interact with and assist patients is her favorite part of the job.

Justin works as a specimen collector at the Paintsville location. He has worked with the substance use population for almost two years and adds humor and a great smile to the services provided.
